Soak the sago(sabudana) first

Take 4-5 boil potatoes and chopped green chilli

Now take the sago out of the water and mashed the potatoes

Mix all species and sago in boil potatoes

Make a dough of mixture and make shape as you like Rikki,cutlets

Now heat the pan and add oil to it and now fry all tikki
- 7
Now ready to serve with fry peanut and falihari namkeen
