Steps

First take macaroni in a frying pan, add 2 cups of water, add salt to it, put it on medium heat on gas and boil the macaroni.

Then take oil in a pan, put it on medium heat on gas, heat the oil, add garlic paste in it, then add chopped onion and fry for two-three minutes.

Then add finely chopped cabbage, capsicum and carrots. And mix well. Then add chili flakes, oregano and mix herb and mix and saute for 2-3 minutes.

Then add red chili sauce and saute for two minutes. Then add tomato puree and salt to taste, mix well, cover and let rise for two-three minutes.

Then add sliced cheese or grated cheese. Stir until the cheese melts. Once the cheese is melted, add macaroni and mix well.

Then add green coriander and mix well.
Then add a cup of water and let it heat for five minutes. So masala cheese macaroni is ready to serve.
