  1. 250 gmRed Amaranth
  2. 5-6garlic
  3. 1 pinchasfoitida
  4. 1/2tspn Red chilli powder
  5. Salt
  6. Oil

  1. 1

    Take a pan. Add oil and once oil is hot, add roughly chopped garlic. Add bhaji, salt and red chilli powder. Cover it and cook it on low flame for 5 to 10 minutes.

    Once bhaji is cooked and water evaporated, it's ready to serve.
