  • 1/2 cupSewaiyyan
  • 1/2 kgMilk
  • 6 tspSugar
  • 2Elaichi
  • Nuts of your choice

  1. 1

    In a pan add desi ghee and fry nuts.

    Now add sewaiyyan and fry them until they turn golden brown and crispy.

    In a pot add milk, elaichi and sugar. Cook it until sugar is dissolved.

    Now add sewaiyyan and nuts into it.

    Cook for another few minutes.
