Steps

Put yeast in warm milk. Cover and leave for ten minutes.

Mix flour, sugar, and salt. When yeast mixture is ready, add it in to the flour with an egg and the cream cheese. Knead until smooth.

Knead butter into dough and fully incorporate. Place in oiled bowl and leave to rise for an hour or until doubled in size.

Once risen, deflate, separate into eight balls and leave to rise for 20 minutes in a covered bowl.

Deflate, flatten, and knead balls again and place in baking dish. Leave to rise for 30-45 minutes.

Bake at 350°F for 20 minutes.
