Firstly soak tamarind in water upto 10 mins.

After 10 mins extract the juice from tamarind in a bowl do it by adding water little by little do it till all the juice from tamarind gets. Throw off tamarind we need only tamarind water.

Add some water to it. Now add chopped onions, salt,red chilli powder. Keep it a side

Now take a fry pan add oil you need to take more oil.4-5 tbsp of oil.let it heat. Add mustard cumin seeds, red chillies, curry leaves, turmeric powder,& ginger garlic paste mix it.let it fry for 2 mins in low flame

Off the flame and pour that in a tamarind water and mix it well that's it..

Serve it with rice it's tastes good
