Ingredients

40 minutes
5-6 people
  • 1 cupsuji
  • 1/2 cupSugar(powder)
  • 1/2 cupwhole wheat flour
  • 1/2 cupmilk podwer
  • 1/2 cupcurd
  • 1/4cupButter (melted)
  • 1 tspBaking powder
  • 1/2 cupWater
  • 1/2 tspBaking soda
  • Pinchsalt
  • dropsVanilla essence few
  • ForDry rose phetals
  • 2tbspPistachio finely chopped
  • 1/2 tspcenimon powder
  • 1/2 tspcardmon powder
  • 1 tspturmeric powder
  • 2-3 Cloves fine crushed

Steps

40 minutes
  1. 1

    Take any bowl mix dry ingredients(suji,wheat flour, milkpodwer, all species powder, turmeric powder baking powder, baking soda and sugar.

    In another bowl put curd.add little water.whisk it with beater.add melted butter essence.mix it well.

  3. 3

    Add dry ingredients into wet ingredients in half half portion.mix it well make Smooth better.turmeric powder give it fine yellow colour.meanwhile preheat Your at oven180° for 35 minutes.

  4. 4

    Now grease Your mould. Pour better in mould.garnish it with dry rose phetals and chopped pistachios.now bake it for 30 minutes.

    After 30 minutes Your cake is ready.Demould Your cake on cooling rack after 15 minutes.
