Together all ingredientswash & soak turdal & rice,turn on flame,in heat cooker add oil muster seeds sauté now add all dry spices,sauté now add turdal & green peas with 1 cup water cook it for 5 minutes.

Now add soaked rice,& masala salt,turmeric,biryani masala,asafoetida mix well,add 2 cup water (total 3 cup)mix again close the lid cook until 2 whistle.

After 10 minutes open the lid serve hot with curd,pickle,curd with pickle,& papad,tomato onion salad.
