Heat the milk over low heat.

When it starts to simmer (be careful not to boil), add the orange blossom water and date syrup.

Add the semolina and stir for 5 to 10 minutes until you get a thick porridge-like consistency.

Remove the pot from the heat and let it cool for two minutes. Crack and mix the eggs. Then add the eggs while stirring quickly (otherwise the egg whites will cook!).

Pour the mixture into an oven-safe dish and bake for 30 to 40 minutes at 350°F (180°C).

Let it cool, then refrigerate. It's good 1 to 2 hours later when it's well chilled.
