Steps

Take a cup of dal and soak for around 15-20 mins.

Now take a pan add oil and Cumin seeds and mustard seeds, dry red chilli add very little amount of water, and cover the lid with the water at very low flame.

Cook for around 5-7 minutes and check the dal and stir the ladder to add turmeric powder and salt add chopped or crushed garlic cloves.

Again after 5-7 minutes check the dal it is almost cooked garnish them with some coriander leaves also red chilli powder totally optional and now the dal ready to serve as a side dish for our meals.😊
