Ingredients

15 minutes
2 servings
  1. 1/2 cupChopped ripe banana
  2. 1/4cup+ 1 tablespoon Pomegranate seeds to garnish
  3. 1/2 cupChopped ripe mango
  4. 2 tablespoonsFinely Chopped pears or apple
  5. 2 tablespoonsHoney (you can use sugar powder also)
  6. 1 tablespoonMilk powder (you can use milk cream also)
  7. 1 tspLemon juice
  8. 1 tablespoonButter
  9. 2 tspCheese spread
  10. 2Cherries with toothpicks (for securing the slices)
  11. as neededWhole wheat Bread slices cut in rounds 4
  12. as per need Cabbage leaves for plating 2 (optional)

Steps

15 minutes
  1. 1

    First, heat a skillet. Then melt butter and lightly roast the bread rounds on one side. Arrange in a plate.

    Then mix all the fruits and lemon juice (to prevent browning) in a bowl. In another bowl, mix honey, milk powder and pour on the fruits and combine well.
    (You can use malai and honey if you like)
    Tip : you can use your choice of fruits.

  3. 3

    Then apply cheese spread on the bread slices from the non roasted side. Place a spoonful of fruit salad on top.

    Place another slice on top. Secure with a cherry topped toothpick. Garnish with pomegranate seeds and enjoy!
