Steps
- 1
Mix all the ingredients together (add the egg when mixing the filling).
- 2
For the filling, you can use cabbage, frozen shrimp, ground pork, corn, cheese, green onion, etc.
- 3
In a bowl, mix the cabbage, fillings, egg, and some of the batter. Fold in together.
- 4
Use one egg per pancake.
- 5
If you can't obtain thinly sliced pork, you could saute ground pork separately and add it to the filing (about 200~300g is enough for 4 pancakes).
