Indian Style Spring Roll Mutabbaq

#weekyellow
This one is yet again done with Spring Roll Leaves but this time with an Indian twist by me. I have used Mutton Mince filling with Eggs and Green Peas. This is an innovative twist by me for my kids who love Green Peas like crazy. They would want it in every dish. That is why I got this idea of using Green Peas with our regular spices. That's it. And as I have already said, with Spring Roll Leaves, it has become a way lot easier. And the most important of all, it's made in no time at all. You only need some time to make the filling but after that, the rest of the process becomes like a child's play.
Do try this out for your kids and loved ones. Enjoy these crispy and crunchy Bread at Tea-time or Shaam Ki Chai.
And now even at Iftaar meals since it is the holy Month of Ramadan.

Steps
- 1
First of all, let me tell you all that each Roll or Wrapper has to cut from the centre after all ready. This way you get 2 Mutabbaq from 1 Spring Roll.
- 2
In a kadai, heat Oil and saute Onions until light golden in colour. Add Ginger garlic paste and the the rest of the spices mentioned including the Mutton Mince and Green Peas. Mix well and even add chopped Coriander Leaves too. Cover and cook for about 10-12 minutes. After done, remove the lid and stir fry until dry and done. Adjust Salt if required. Let it cool down a bit.
- 3
Next is to add both the Eggs to it. Mix well and proceed with the next step. Spread the Spring Roll sheet. Add the prepared Mince mixture. Fold from the sides once and then fold them again as seen like envelopes.
- 4
Grease a tawa and arrange them as possible. Cook on one side and then flip over to cook on the other side too for 2 minutes each on a side. Cut from the centre into two and relish them as it is or with Tomato Ketchup. Enjoy!
