I like to use this chicken for chicken tacos, taquitos, or with Mexican rice bowls

Season chicken breasts with the cumin, paprika, salt and pepper

Add the chicken broth to the instant pot

Add chicken to the pot, sprinkle with taco seasoning, ranch seasoning, and salsa

Sprinkle a little more cumin if desired

Cook on high pressure for 12 minutes and NR for 10. Release the rest of the pressure then shred chicken
- 6
I like to add the shredded chicken back to the pot for a few min to soak up more flavor
