Make marinade: demerera sugar, curry powder, doenjang, light soy sauce, salt, pepper, fried garlic

Dice and marinade the chicken for 20mins+

Fry marinaded chicken with olive oil

Serve alongside rice, top with spring onion greens and sesame seeds
