Try this delicious peanut chutney recipe f or idli or dosa and iam sure you will fall in love with it. It is prepared in traditional South Indian style & has a good flavour. Do make this recipe & tell me how it tasted.
Steps

Roast raw peanut on a low medium flame until it's cover start getting removed.

Cool the roasted peanuts

Heat oil in a pan

Add cumin seeds, roughly chopped onion, green chillies, garlic cloves, tamarind.

Saute until onion changes its colour.

Now put roasted peanuts, sugar and other sauteed ingredients in a mixer grinder.

Add salt as per taste & add water little by little.

Grind it in a smooth think paste.

Adjust it's consistency by adding water.

Now pour the mixture in a bowl.

For tempering-
Heat oil in a tadka pan - 12
Put mustard seeds, urad daal.

Let it splutter

Add dried red chilli, asafoetida, curry leaves.

Roast it little bit.

Now add this tempering to the mixture in bowl.
