Restaurant Style Fried Chicken Bites

Marinate chicken pieces with salt and pepper powder mix well and set aside for 15-20 minutes
Take a big bowl add Egg white, flour, cornflour, baking powder, salt and pepper give a good mix.
Now add gradually add the chilled water and start mixing the better till you have a smooth medium thin better. - 2
Heat oil pan/ wok to deep fry the chicken pieces.
Dip the pieces of chicken into the batter one by one and fry in hot oil until golden
Fry on medium heat for 4-5 minutes until golden brown (don’t fill the pan to much!ُ fry as 2 batches) set aside all fried chicken pieces. - 3
Take a deep pan/wok and heat a 2 tablespoons of oil.
Add the chopped garlic, chopped green chillies and the red chilli flakes. Give a mix and then add the chopped spring onions.
Mix for a few seconds and then add the soy sauce, red chilli sauce, honey, water & a pinch of salt.
Mix well and then add the fried chicken pieces into the sauce mix. - 4
Toss them well for around 2-3 minutes to coat the chicken pieces with sauce mix.
Sprinkle some chopped spring onions.Mix and serve hot ♨️ with noodles.
