Jowar Flatbread with Tomato Sabji

Knead a semi soft dough with Jowar Flour, Water, Salt and Handful of Carom Seeds

Roll the flatbread into your desired shape and toss it with Ghee on an iron pan.

For sabji, take chopped tomatoes, capsicum and green chilli. Temper the sabji with mustard seeds, cumin seeds, curry leaves.
Add more of a coriander powder in the sabji and add some water to cook the tomatoes propely.
