Steps

Wash and dry the mangoes nicely. Then shred them.

Now take a pan with oil, heat it, add mango shreds, salt and turmeric powder. Cook till they are transparent. Add red chilli powder and mix. Cook for some more time.

Next add jaggery powder and mix. Keep the flame slow and keep on stirring and mixing. Add little little water and mix else it may burn.

As mangoes, jaggery get blended with each other slowly thickening starts..
Let it be in slow flame. - 5
On other side place a tawa, heat it. Dry roast cumin and fennel seeds. Then grind them. Add this powder to the pan chundo.

Mix all well. Switch the flame off.

Let it cool down. Keep it in a clean airtight container in the refrigerator.
Enjoy it with poori/ paratha/ roti/ rice..
