Ingredients

30 to 40 min
5-6 servings
  • For chicken
  • ½ kgChicken cube cut
  • 1 tspSalt
  • 1 tbspGarlic
  • 1/2 tspBlack pepper
  • 1 tbspChilli flakes
  • 1 and ½ tbspSoya sauce
  • 4 tbspCorn flour
  • 1Egg
  • Oil for frying
  • Gravy
  • 2 tbspOil
  • 1 tbspGarlic chopped
  • 1 tbspGinger chopped
  • 2-3Green chilli chopped
  • 1Capsicum in cubes cut
  • 1onion in cubes cut
  • 1 tbspSalt
  • Red chilli powder½tbsp
  • 1 tbspVinegar
  • 1 tbspSoya sauce
  • 1/4 cupKetchup
  • 1/4 cupChilli garlic
  • 1 tspSugar
  • 1/2 tbspPaprika
  • 1 cupWater
  • 3 tbspWater +corn flour 2 tbsp

Steps

30 to 40 min
  1. 1

    Add chicken in a bowl and add all the ingredients that are mentioned in chicken section and mix well.

  2. 2

    Deep fry chicken cubes and set aside.

  3. 3

    For gravy heat oil add ginger and garlic saute now add green chilli.

  4. 4

    Now add all the ingredients mentioned above the gravy section and mix.

  5. 5

    Now add 1 cup water stir. Now add mixture of water and corn flour until gravy thickens.

  6. 6

    Add chicken and mix.

  7. 7

    Serve with plain or vegetable rice.
