Frozen Raspberry and Banana Smoothie

Do you know when you get a craving for something cool on a hot day, but you want to stay away from ice cream because of the calories? This is the perfect recipe for such situations.
Provided you don't add sugar, the sugar and milk do wonders for your digestive health.
Freeze the bananas first to make a deliciously cold smoothie.
All you have to do is prepare and mix the ingredients.
Frozen berries are expensive, so I don't want to use too much. That's why I bulk it out with a banana.
But to tell the truth, it tastes better with lots of berries. Recipe by Kawaii obentoubako
Cooking Instructions
- 1
First, cut the bananas and freeze them. This step is the key to making a really cool, refreshing smoothie.
- 2
Now, let's make it. These ingredients are all you need. If you freeze some bananas and buy some frozen raspberries, you can make it.
- 3
Add the ingredients into the blender in the order they are in the list. Then, add your desired amount of sugar.
- 4
It's ready when the raspberries and bananas are no longer hard and lumpy.
- 5
I usually just eat it with a spoon directly from the container, but for this post... Please alter the amount of sugar depending on how ripe your bananas and strawberries are.
- 6
I haven't tried it with mango yet, but please give it a go!
- 7
I replaced the raspberries with an equal quantity of blueberries. It's also great if you do a mix of both.
- 8
If using fresh berries, freeze them before use. It really makes all the difference in the taste.

I have a tendency to eat ice cream when it's hot, but with this drink, I can enjoy something less sweet and more light. It's refreshing! It also provides calcium, magnesium, and iron, and, above all, it's delicious. Also, it's a healthy treat for the kids. When I turn on the switch, my kids line up with their glasses in hand. You'll get addicted to this. It's fine if either the banana or blueberries are frozen. If they're both frozen, you'll get an icy cold smoothie. All you have to do is mix it in your blender! This amazing drink will prevent summer fatigue! Could it be the anti-oxidizing properties of the anthocyanin in the blueberries? Since these are delicious and don't weigh me down, it's like killing two birds with one stone. Recipe by cocorarara cookpad.japan -

As someone challenged with Inflammatory Bowed Dis-ease, there are times when nothing stays in longer than 20 minutes. Last night's frustration resulted in this recipe. I felt full & satisfied with this smoothie as my primary 'meal' for the day. Holistic_RN -
