Ingredients

  1. 2Mashed Bananas
  2. 2/3 cupUnsweetened Apple Sauce
  3. 1/3 cupReduced Fat Peanut Butter
  4. 1 tspVanilla Extract
  5. 1/2 tspSalt
  6. 1/2 tspGround Cinnamon
  7. 1 dashGround Cloves
  8. 1 dashGround Nutmeg
  9. 1 1/2 cupOld Fashioned or Quick Oats Oatmeal
  10. 1/4 cupSemi - Sweet Chocolate Chips
  11. 1/4 cupCrushed Nuts (your choice)
  12. 1/4 cupCoconut Flakes (optional)

Cooking Instructions

    Preheat oven to 350°F

  2. 2

    Line baking sheet with parchment paper then set aside.

  3. 3

    Mix first 8 ingredients in a medium bowl until well blended.

  4. 4

    Mix last 3 (4 if using coconut) into the mixture.

  5. 5

    Drop 2 tablespoons worth onto the baking sheet keeping 1 to 1 1/2 inch apart.

    Bake for 20 to 30 minutes.

    Remove from oven and let cool slightly.
