In a bowl combine the besan, suji, salt, ginger-green chilli paste, sugar, lemon juice and 1 cup of water. Mix well to get a smooth batter.

Just before steaming add the fruit salt and mix lightly. Pour the mixture immediately to a greased pan and spread evenly. Steam in a steamer for 10-15 minutes or till the dhokla are cooked

Heat the oil in a tadka pan. Add the hing and mustard seeds. When it's crackle add the curry leaves and green chili. Saute for a second. Pour the tempering over the prepared dhokla and spread it evenly.

Cut into pieces and garnish with coriander leaves. Serve immediately.
