  • Half kg milk
  • Sugar to taste
  • 2 tspbutter
  • 2 tspcorn flour
  • 200 gmwhipped cream
  • half tinCondensed milk
  • 1 tspKulfa essence
  • Almonds and pistachios

20 minutes
  1. 1

    So se pehle milk ko garam karin add sugar

  2. 2

    Thande milk mein 2tsp cornflour mix Karlin ab ye ahista chamcha chale honey dalte jaein & mix well

  3. 3

    Cool Karlin about es mein all ingredients

  4. 4

    Add kar well mixing

  5. 5

    Beater se Karlin.ziyada best hoga under chopped almonds and pistachio add kar dain

  6. 6

    Top garnish almond pistachio & freeze 12 to 15 hours enjoy mazedar ice cream.
