Ingredients

5 servings
  • 1/2 cupDesi ghee
  • 3/4 cupSemolina
  • 4cardamom
  • 1 cupsugar
  • 3 cupswater
  • Pinchfood color
  • Dry fruits for garnishing
  • Few drops kewra water

Steps

  1. 1

    In a wok heat ghee and cardamom. Saute for few minutes.

  2. 2

    Add semolina on low heat roast it until color change.

  3. 3

    Add sugar and mix it well.

  4. 4

    Add water and food color cook it for 5 mins.

  5. 5

    Add kewra water, simmer it for 3 minutes. Garnish it with dry fruits and serve.
