Methi matar malai
Steps

Firstly Methi leaves wash and chops Methi leaves for making the sabzi.

Boil water and a little salt then put washed Methi leave for 2 mins.

Fine paste- tomato and cashewnuts.

Add peas in hot water let peas rest in hot water.

Heat oil in a pan add cumin seeds, asafoetida and let them change colour. add onion and saute till it turns golden brown in colour..

Add ginger, garlic, green chili paste and mix it.

Now add a fine paste of tomato and cashew nuts and mix well.

Saute it until oil starts floating on the surface.

Add salt, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala and mix well...cover and cook for 5 mins.

Now add fresh cream and mix well...

Add green peas, methi leaves and mix well, cover and cook for 2-3 min and take it off the heat.

Methi matar malai is ready..transfer into a serving bowl.

Drizzle a little cream on top.. Serve hot.
