First take paneer and cut into cubes

For batter
Take a bowl add cup corn flour, all-purpose flour, kashmiri red chilli, dried mint powder, black pepper, chat masala, salt, ginger garlic paste, and some water mix it well make thick better
Now better is ready - 3
Now take 1 Bowl and take 2cups of masala nochos now crush it well

Next take a paneer cubes coat well in batter and then drop and coat in crushed nachos. After coating it keep in crushed nachos for a minutes
to set nachos. - 5
Now heat oil and keep fry in hot oil fry it until golden and crunchy. Now crispy paneer tikka is ready to be out.. Its crunchy for out side and jucey for inside now surve... With green and red sauce....
