In degchi Put oil,green cardamom and add onions. Fry until light golden and add tomatoes,biryani masala, ginger garlic paste,coriander powder,salt if needed and. 1 glass water.cook on low flame.

Now add chicken and cook.when half done add potatoes and 1 cup water and cook. Add jaefel javetri powder,mint,coriander and green chillies

Now in a degchi put water to boil for rice.add 2-3 tez patta,1 tsp kaala zeera,4-5 badyaan leaves and 2 tbsp salt.

Once rice boils to aik kanni,strain.

Now for layering,add rice over the biryani masala cooked. Add colour dissolved in kewra and keep for dum for 10-15mins.

Once dum ajae,serve.
