Ingredients

30-45mins
4-5 servings
  • 1 litremilk
  • 1/4 cuprice
  • 4 tbspSugar
  • 2-3green cardamoms
  • 2 tbspCondensed milk
  • 2-3burfi
  • 2 tspkewra water
  • Nuts for garnish

Steps

30-45mins
  1. 1

    In a pot keep mil to boil.

    Once it starts to simmer add rice,cardamom and let it cook on slow flame until rice soften

    Add condensed milk,burfi and sugar adjusted accordingly and let it cook on low flame until thickens.

  4. 4

    Add kewra in end,take out in dish and garnish with nuts of choice.
