Steps

Wash and soak rice in water for 15-20 min.

Boiled the milk in big pot with green cardamom whole and powder.

After 15-20 min add soaked rice in it and mix well and let it cook on low flame till milk become thick.

Now add condensed milk and sugar and mix well (add sugar according to your taste)

Now blend the kheer with hand blender.

Now add kewra water and zafran in it and cook for 5-10 min when you satisfied with the thickness of kheer.

I personally like coconut and nuts so I can sprinkle some coconut and crushed badam pista in kheer and rest I can garnished on top of the kheer.

Now yummy mouthwatering kheer is ready served chilled and enjoy❤️🥰😋
