Heat olive oil. Add massaman curry stirred till aromatic. Add chicken and water leave it till tender. Pour fresh milk and decrease the heat use lowest level.

Meanwhile, boil the noodles when it soft drained and scoop them down.

Put the noodles into the bowl pour the curry on it sprinkle with coriander. Serve with red onion, lime and chilled.
