1[ Japanese mustard ]
1[ Shredded cabbage or lettuce ]
Combined flavoring ingredients:
3 tbsp[ ★ Mayonnaise ]
2 tbspeach [ ★ Soy sauce, sugar ]
1 tbspeach [ ★ Sake, mirin ]

Chop the atsuage up into bite-sizes. Combine and mix the ★ ingredients.

Heat some oil in a frying pan and stir-fry the atsuage.

When both sides are nicely browned, add the mixed ★ condiments. Simmer to reduce the sauce over high heat to finish.

Transfer the atsuage onto a serving dish with some shredded cabbage. Enjoy with Japanese mustard.
