Heat a pan with oil/Ghee. Add cumin seeds and let it stir.

Add onion and sauté till pink. Then add green chilli and sauté.

Now add Turmeric powder, red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt and mix well.

Now break the eggs in a bowl and beat till fluffy. Add the beaten egg mixture and let it set for a minute. Make sure that the flame is in low medium.

Just scramble the whole mixture in the pan till everything is mixed well. This should take 2-3 mins.

Egg Bhurji is ready..Serve hot with chapati or bread.
