Fafda is a fried crunchy and tasty Gujarati snacks.Here I am adding asafoetida and kasoori Methi .It is a crispy savory snacks. It is served with chutney or chilli and sometimes also with kadhi..It is made from very simple ingredients.

Fafda is a fried crunchy and tasty Gujarati snacks.Here I am adding asafoetida and kasoori Methi .It is a crispy savory snacks. It is served with chutney or chilli and sometimes also with kadhi..It is made from very simple ingredients.
Steps

Take any deep bowl seive gram flour.add all ingredients knead a soft dough.(Sprinkle water little by little).apply some oil on dough to make dough Smooth.cover it.

Now divide dough into equal parts.Roll all the balls and give them cylendrical or oval shape.

Now take any wooden surface or any plate, take what you feel comfortable with.After that take one cylendrical shape ball and keep it on the wooden surface with end of the plam push strait forward will become like a long strip.Now take any sharp knife scrape it from bottom to up.keep knife straight otherwise fafda will be break.

Take any flat pan which is bigger in size. It makes easier in frying.Heat oil on medium flame.When the oil becomes hot fry fafda on low flame until colour changes.Fry it for 5minutes.Dont fry too much otherwise fafda becomes brown in colour.

Fafda is ready to serve with chutney green chilli or with kadhi.
