  • 3 cupboiled rajma
  • 5onions slicely cut
  • as per tasteSalt
  • 8garlic chopped
  • 4 tspkitchen king masala
  • 2 tspred Chilli powder
  • 2 tspgaram masala powder
  • 1 inchginger finely chopped
  • 3 tspdesi ghee
  • as requiredGhee for roasting
  • as requiredDried kasuri methi

    Take a grinder add boiled rajma and make a fine paste

  2. 2

    Meanwhile heat a kadhai for defrying.....defry the slicely chopped onions n garlic

  3. 3

    Set aside....

  4. 4

    In a bowl add pureed rajma paste and on it add defry onion n garlic, some masalas

  5. 5

    4tsp Kitchen king masala,2tsp garam masala and 2tsp red chilli powder,salt

  6. 6

    And add 3tsp desi ghee mix it very well and make ball shape tikki

    Heat a tawa add some ghee n roast all kababs
