Steps

Measure and gather all the ingredients for making cake.

Grind sugar and semolina in a blender separately and transfer it in a bowl.

Peel and chop banana in a mixing bowl. Mash it thorougly. Add sugar, curd, milk powder, cooking oil and grounded cardamom powder and whisk it for 5-7 minutes till mixture mix well.

Add grinded semolina in two batches in prepared batter stirring with whisker. Mix it thoroughly. Keep aside for 10 minutes.

Add 2 tb spoon semolina in tutti Fruity and raisins and mix well.

Add semolina coated tutti Fruity in batter. Add milk. Mix thoroughly. Add baking powder and baking soda and gently mix By cut and fold method. Transfer it in baking dish.

Garnish with walnuts and pistachio. Bake it in a pre-heated karahi for 35 minutes.

Do knife taste. If it cones clean it means cake is ready. Demould it.

Glaze the cake with lemon and sugar syrup.

Slice the cake and serve.
