Steamed Apple and Cream Cheese Pancakes

My daughter doesn't like to eat fruit, so I thought of a way to introduce it to her gradually.
I like the salty accent of the cream cheese, but it's also great with just the apple!
I wanted to add as much apples as I can, and tried up to 200 g (half an apple).
It's like a moist, rather than fluffy, pancake.

Steps
- 1
Grate the apple with the skin intact. Mix with the olive oil.
- 2
Add the pancake mix and mix. Next, cut the cream cheese into small chunks and gently incorporate into the mixture.
- 3
Pour the mixture into a container and microwave for 3.5 minutes. Let rest for 2 minutes and enjoy (adjust cooking time to your microwave).
- 4
I added black tea leaves to this version! It was incredibly aromatic and delicious If you top it with roasted walnuts before microwaving, it tastes amazing and is aromatic.
- 5
If you omit the olive oil and cheese and add raisins, you can use cookie cutters and make cute cookies!
