Steps

Boil water, add tomatoes, medium flame 3-5 mins until Tomatoes skin peels off

Peel off tomato skin, Put peeled tomatoes in a mixture with green and red chillies. Mix them well

In a tbsp oil in a pan add garlic and ginger stir for 1 min. Add prepared mixture(puree) in the utensil.

Add vinegar half tbsp, salt to taste, red chilli powder, sugar (half - full tbsp)

Simmer for about 10-15 minutes for prefered Thickness. After desired consistency remove from heat. Spicy tomato Chutney is ready to be served.
