Mix chopped coriander and all spices and mix well.

Then add all the flours to mixture and add salt as per taste.

Now add required amount of water and mix well and make a dough. Make sure it should be little

Now grease a plate. Make rolls of dough and steam for 10 mins on high flame and 15 Mins on medium flame.

Once steaming done let it cool. After cooking cut the rolls in small disc size.

Now in a pan heat 2 tbsp oil and add sesame seeds. Once crackle add these small discs and fry it until brown and crispy.

Serve hot or cold as side dish or snacks.
