Daal chawal ki khichdi
Steps

Take moon daal and rice. Wash them properly.

Take a pan. Add water. Boil it. Now add salt, rice, and moong daal. let it boil.

Cover the lid of the pan. cook for 15 minutes approximately.

Now check it. If khichdi is cooked. Serve on a plate. Add desi ghee, chopped onion, and tomato. Squeeze lemon also. sprinkle black salt and pepper.
