In a bow mix all the ingredients & add water to make flowing consistency batter.

Let it rest for 5-10mins

Heat a tawa... wipe it off with oil. then spread batter like we make dosa.

Drizzle oil on the sides... flip. cook from both the sides.

Serve with chutney, ketchup or aloo ki sabzi.
