There's a reason we are so fond of raw mangoes. Hailed as the king of fruits, mangoes are rich in essential nutrition and high in vitamin C content. Raw mango, also called Kachchi Kairi in Hindi, is a special part of our summer memories. Living in a tropical country like India means we get to indulge in the delicious thirst quenchers made with our favourite fruits in which raw mango wins the first place. Cool drink made with raw mangoes is prepared across the country in summer.

Wash the mangoes and keep in water.

Remove the skin of mangoes

Take the pulp and chop roughly. So that it gets grinded fastly.

Chop the pulp roughly so that it can be grinded fastly.

Put the chopped pulp in grinder jar.

Add 1 bowl of sugar,salt as per taste.

Take one Lemon cut and extract the juice.

Add the lemon juice in the jar.

Add the chilled water and grind.

Now add 1 bowl ice cubes and chilled water and grind all again.

Now the mango SHARBAT is ready to serve.

Decorate with mango slice.
