Soak chana dal n urad dal for 2 hours
Grind it together with poha - 2
Ferment d batter for 4 hours adding a tbsp spoon curd

Add salt, fruit salt n oil
Add water n set consistency of batter like dhokla - 4
Steam for 10 minutes, scrape in serving dish
Garnish with masala, oil, sev, onion n chutney
