Mix together flour,yeast,salt, sugar. Make a well and add whole egg.add milk little by little. Knead the dough. Place in a large bowl, cover, and let sit in a warm place for 2 hrs.you can add little water if required.

Make the filling.mashed potatoes finely without lumps.saute onion slices and mushrooms in oil add a pinch of brown sugar to caramalize onions.mix it in mashed potatoes with seasonings.

When the dough has risen, punch it in the bowl, remove and lay on dusted surface.divide dough in equal.portions about size of palm and roll it in rounds

Press the centre of rolled ball making space.add 1 tbsp filling inside and close it in oblong or semi circle shape

Deep fry in hot oil

Serve with any condiments of choice. Enjoy!
