Steps

Cut onions, celeriac and carrots to small cubes. Cook spaghetti (follow package instructions).

Pan fry onion. Add carrot and celeriac. Pan fry the mixture couple more minutes before adding grounded beef with mashed garlic, salt, pepper, basil and oregano. Cook until the meat is done.

Add vine and let simmer a few more minutes. In the end add tomatoes and reduce the mixture. You can adjust the taste by adding sugar, salt or lemon juice, if you prefer the meal sweeter, saltier or more sour.

Serve with spaghetti, parmesan cheese and leaves of basil. Glass of vine is also recommended.
