Phirni in mango flavour.
Steps

Wash and soak basmati rice for 1/2 hour. Discard water and grind rice in a mixer jar coarsely.

Keep milk for boiling. After one boil adds basmati rice coarse paste. Stirring constantly so the rice doesn't stick at the vessel bottom. Cook for 20 mins or till the milk thickens & rice is cooked.

Add sugar, mix well. Cook for 5 mins.
Of the flame. Add & mix cardamom powder. Cool at room temperature. - 4
Pour mango pulp, in it. Mix well. Pour in individual serving bowls & refrigerate for few hours.

Serve / Relish Chillies Mango Phirni garnishing with mango pieces.
