This laddus are easy to make and mouth melting. Follow the measurements to make these laddus perfectly.

In a nonstick pan take ghee and heat it. Once it melts add besan and chiroti rava.
(If you don't have chiroti Rava, grind the regular Rava a bit in the mixer.) - 2
Mix everything well with and keep the flame low. If you feel that the mixture is dry add 1 or 2 tbsp of ghee to it and keep cooking.

Keep stirring continuously the mixture. As the mixture starts roasting properly it will become loose and ghee will separate gradually.

Once the mixture gets roasted properly it will become very loose, change its color, leave a nice aroma and flowing consistency.

Transfer the contents to another bowl so that it cools down faster. Now let the mixture cool completely to room temperature then add the powdered sugar, cardamom powder, and nutmeg powder to the bowl.

Mix everything properly and divide the contents equally into small balls. Shape them into round balls by pressing, using both the hands, and serve them.
