Yogurt is healthy food to have every day. Mango is in season and my love, preparing baked Mango Yoghurt is a great way to enjoy.
Steps

Wash and peel the mangoes. Add to a blender and make a purée.

In a bowl add yogurt, condensed milk, cream, mango purée. Whisk well.

Add cardamom powder and whisk well again. Pour into Matkas.

Cover each one with aluminum foil. Place on a baking tray and add 1 cup of hot water.

Preheat the Microwave to 180 deg C. Add the baking tray and bake for 8-10 mins. Set aside.

Refrigerate for 3 hours and then Serve.

Garnish with mango slices and mint leaves, enjoy
