Steps

In a bowl add 1 cup water & sugar let it dissolve. Add yeast & let it active for 10mins.

Add activated yeast water to the flour then add curd,salt and knead the soft dough. Add butter to the dough.. knead well & cover it.

Let it rest for 1 hour.

Knead again & make small portions.

Dust in dry flour. press little then put some onion seeds, coriander leaves & rol with rolling pin.

Heat a non-stick tawa... brush some water on back side of the chapati & put it on tawa...

Let it cook on low to medium flame & then turn the tawa on direct flame & cook the kulcha.

Scratch with spatula.. brush with butter & enjoy with chole.
