Firstly we made idlie for made idli take a Big Bowl add Suchi add curd now add salt to taste and baking soda now add water half cup mix very well make a fine paste now take idli stand and oil them now add idli paste in idli pan and on the gas and 5 to 7 minutes we steam idlies... After 7 minutes I check my idli with with help of fork my idli is ready

Now we are making sambar firstly we take soaked arhar dal in a cooker now add bottle ground pieces and haldi powder salt to taste and now on the gas and give 4 to 5 whistles now off the gas add tomato puree imli pulp sambar masala and some water now we openly Cooked for 10 to 15 mnts now our shmbhar is ready..

Give it final touch add a chok of rai and Curry patta.. now our idli sambar is ready to to eat and serve
